An AI-powered chatbot for WooCommerce stores. Customers chat to search
products and add results to their cart. The plugin runs in a single
app-connected mode and routes all AI requests through the hosted backend.

== Description ==

* Floating chat bubble on every frontend page.
* Customer messages are interpreted by OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to detect
  product search intent.
* Actual product lookup happens locally via WooCommerce (`wc_get_products`)
  — the AI model never sees or invents your catalog data.
* Matched products render as cards with an "Add to cart" button that
  uses WooCommerce's native AJAX add-to-cart, so your mini-cart/fragments
  stay in sync automatically.
* Per-visitor rate limiting to protect your OpenAI usage costs.
* API key is encrypted at rest using your site's unique WordPress salts.

== Requirements ==

* WooCommerce must be installed and active.
* WooCommerce AJAX add-to-cart must be enabled (default in most themes;
  Storefront and most modern themes support it out of the box).
* A connected app backend with the AI chat endpoint and login credentials configured in the plugin settings.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
2. Activate through the "Plugins" screen.
3. Go to Settings -> PinggBiz Connect and follow the setup wizard: pick a plan, create (or log into)
   your account, and the plugin will automatically connect your WooCommerce store — no manual API
   key setup required.
4. Turn the chatbot on with the toggle once setup finishes, and optionally customize the bot name,
   welcome message, and rate limit.
5. Visit your site's frontend — the chat bubble appears bottom-right.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Is the app connection safe? =

The access token and password are encrypted before being stored in the database
and are never sent to the browser. All AI requests are made server-side through
the connected backend.

= Does this work without WooCommerce? =

No — product search and cart functionality both depend on WooCommerce.
